Delivery & Returns

UK Shipping Policy ​

After placing your order, normal dispatch time is same day or next day unless its made to order then please allow 10 days to dispatch your order, this allows us time to create your order and complete any polishing work. Please be in touch if your order is time-critical and we will try our best to post it within your time frame. 

We use Royal Mail and offer ‘First Class’ (untracked), ‘Signed For’ (tracked) and ‘Next Day Delivery’ (Next Day tracked).
PLEASE NOTE: if your item is lost in the post, we can only offer a refund or replacement if you select NEXT DAY DELIVERY at checkout. We strongly recommend you select Next Day Delivery if your order is over £50.

​International Shipping 

We ship worldwide, there is an option to select international shipping at checkout, all items are tracked.

IMPORTANT: There are sometimes additional custom charges for items shipped to Europe upon arrival. Silver Shores is not able to cover these import charges in any country, it is up to the customer to research local charges before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

To return an item, please email me at for the return address.
If your item is faulty please return it within 30 days of purchase and we will repair it free of charge. 
*Any item can be returned for a refund if you aren’t 100% happy with it within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, nor can Silver Shores cover the postage cost of returning an item.
A refund will be issued when we have received the returned item, therefore we suggest sending the item tracked and keeping the tracking number. Silver Shores cannot refund items lost in the post.

The following items cannot be returned: 

  • Commissioned or custom made jewellery 
  • Sale items
  • Earrings
